Liquid-applied membrane, or LAM for short, is a fully-bonded liquid-based coating that cures into a rubber-like elastomeric waterproof membrane and has the versatility of solving issues on most every surface type from steel to wood. LAM can be bonded over a number of substrates such as asphalt, bitumen, concrete and more to ensure protection lasts.
